Tour 1: Roboter in der Lebensmittelproduktion

Fast pickers, six-axis robots or SCARAs ... the robot market continues on its expansion track. The food and packaging industry is a key growth market here. Robots have long been commercially interesting for small and medium-sized companies too. On this tour, exhibitors will be presenting options for process automation and hitherto neglected areas of food production in which robots can be used. They show how robots support classic tasks (palletising, packaging, repackaging) and what enormous developments in the fields of hygienic design, electronic image capture and analysis, as well as gripper technology are enabling increasing use of robots for ever more difficult tasks in direct contact with foods as well.

Startzeiten: Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag um 9:30 Uhr.

Tour 2: Industrie 4.0

Industry 4.0 is a catchword that is increasingly involving the food industry as well. The term stands for a whole series of innovative methods and developments that connect new technologies with industrial standards in the manufacturing industry to serve an increasingly dynamic market. You will get insights into efficient and flexible production systems as well as digital networking of in-company and cross-company industrial processes with modern information and communication technology. Exhibitors show you how largely autonomous production will be possible in future and how complete value chains can be optimised.

Startzeiten: Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag um 10:00 Uhr.

Tour 3: Fleischereitechnologie

Intelligent robots can replace manual work in nearly all areas of meat processing, whether cutting, presentation, labelling, or gripping, packaging and pelletising. Not only do modern high-performance lines offer the advantage of higher and guaranteed output, but also process automation enables constant product quality, energy efficiency, and compliance with high hygiene requirements and food safety. This tour aims to foster dialogue between development engineers and users and to show what new concepts are available for the market in the field of meat processing technology.

Startzeiten: Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag – 13:30 Uhr

Tour 4: Molkereitechnologie

Milk is one of the most versatile foods and can be processed into a wide variety of products by a number of different technologies. The development of new products has to be adapted to individual customer wishes and target groups that differ from country to country. The pressure of having to supply innovations within the shortest possible time and sell them in large quantities is increasing. In this sector too, the industry is endeavouring to create cost-efficient and resource-efficient technologies that are also sustainable. Exhibitors show how their innovations make this possible.

Startzeiten: Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag – 14:00 Uhr

Tour 5: Füll- und Verpackungstechnik: Modularisierung, Flexibilisierung und Individualisierung

The online market is raising demand for individualised products and the enormous pressure on prices and strong competitive pressure are leading to a great diversity of products. For this reason filling or packaging must be carried out more quickly, more flexibly, and at the same time less expensively. This leads to adaptable production of products. In the filling segment, this means that ever more new bottle shapes, materials and volumes, fasteners and individualised labelling will be required by the market. Food and beverage producers can meet these trends with new technologies. In the context of this tour, you will be informed about new concepts for a diverse range of products in food packaging or beverage filling.

Startzeiten: Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag – 15:00 Uhr
